These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of our website and the booking of any travel-related services offered by Green Travel Agency ("we", "us", "our"), including flights, visas, hotels, cruises, tour packages, and Umrah/Hajj services. By accessing our website or booking any service with us, you ("client", "you") agree to be bound by these Terms.

Green Travel Agency is a travel agency based in Port Louis, Mauritius, offering flight bookings, visa assistance, hotel reservations, cruise bookings, tour packages, and religious travel services (Umrah and Hajj).

All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation by the relevant service provider (airline, hotel, cruise line, visa authority, etc.).

A booking is only confirmed once full or partial payment has been received and a confirmation has been issued by us in writing (email or WhatsApp).

You are responsible for ensuring that all names, dates, and details provided at the time of booking are accurate. We are not liable for errors resulting from incorrect information supplied by you.

Prices quoted are subject to change without prior notice until full payment is received, due to factors such as airline fare changes, currency fluctuations, and supplier pricing.

Payment terms (deposit amounts, balance due dates) will be communicated at the time of booking.

We accept payment via the methods specified to you at the time of booking. Failure to pay by the due date may result in automatic cancellation of your booking.

We assist with visa applications, but the final decision to grant or refuse a visa rests solely with the relevant embassy, consulate, or immigration authority.

Visa fees, service fees, and any third-party charges are non-refundable once an application has been submitted, regardless of the outcome.

It is your responsibility to provide accurate and complete documentation. We are not responsible for delays or refusals caused by incomplete, incorrect, or fraudulent documentation.

Umrah and Hajj packages are subject to the rules, quotas, and requirements set by the relevant religious and governmental authorities (including Saudi Arabian authorities).

Pilgrims must comply with all health, vaccination, and documentation requirements. Failure to do so may result in denied travel with no refund.

Package inclusions (accommodation, transport, meals, guide services) will be detailed in the specific package itinerary provided to you.

Cancellation requests must be made in writing (email or WhatsApp) and are subject to the cancellation policy of the relevant supplier (airline, hotel, cruise line, tour operator).

Cancellation charges vary depending on how far in advance notice is given and the specific terms of the supplier. These will be communicated to you at the time of booking or upon request.

Amounts already paid to third-party suppliers (airlines, hotels, visa authorities) are generally non-refundable once processed.

Refunds, where applicable, may take several weeks to process depending on the supplier's policies.

Any request to amend a confirmed booking (date change, name correction, itinerary change) is subject to availability and may incur additional charges imposed by the supplier and/or an administrative fee.

You are responsible for ensuring you hold a valid passport (with the required minimum validity), visas, health certificates, and any other travel documents required for your journey.

We strongly recommend purchasing comprehensive travel insurance to cover trip cancellation, medical emergencies, lost baggage, and other unforeseen events.

We are not liable for any loss, delay, or denied boarding/entry resulting from your failure to hold the correct or valid documentation.

Green Travel Agency acts as an intermediary between you and third-party suppliers (airlines, hotels, cruise lines, ground handlers, visa authorities, religious tour operators). We are not liable for the acts, omissions, delays, cancellations, or negligence of these third parties.

We are not liable for losses arising from events beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, strikes, political unrest, pandemics, flight delays or cancellations, or changes in government regulations ("Force Majeure").

Our total liability, where legally established, shall not exceed the total amount paid by you for the specific service in question.

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of our website or services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
