Mr. Mohammud Umar Quayyam ANNOWAR is a highly qualified professional with expertise spanning accounting, law and regulatory compliance. Is a Fellow Member of the Institute of Public Accountants (IPA), Australia, and a practising barrister specialising in litigation and corporate legal services.

Is also a Member of the Chartered Institute for Securities & Investment (CISI), UK and an Associate Member of the Tax Institute (ATI), Australia. Additionally, the director holds the designation of Certified Professional Forensic Accountant (CPFAcct) from the Institute of Certified Forensic Accountants (ICFA), USA, and is an Accredited  Civil and Commercial Mediator from the UK.

Alongside his board responsibilities, he practises as a barrister, appearing before various courts in Mauritius and providing corporate advisory services with a clientele including a global business company based in UAE.

Mr. Mohammud Umar Quayyam ANNOWAR is also the Compliance Partner of an audit firm, with a primary focus on statutory audits of global business companies and insolvency matters.

Dr Nasser Anowar holds a Doctorate of Philosophy in Management & Administration, Switzerland besides his other qualifications.
